Frank Ocean is legit and Tyler and Earl have some very good songs. However, I dont think most fans of Odd Future could give a good reason as to why they like them other than their live show intensity and dont give a shit attitude. Odd Future will stick around cause they're talented enough as a whole. I dont think I can say the same about Lil B tho. He fucking sucks.

I like the older stuff a lot more too but Freedia and Crowd Mova Crystal are my 2 favs prolly. Katey Redd aint bad either

don't you live in new orleans? you guys STILL won't quit your bitching. i do but i lived in Connecticut for 17 years and ive been there the last 3 weeks. i was kidding anyways, i know how the south overreacts to the snow and ice. I was driving 20mph when i saw 2 inches on the ground a week ago haha. It is actually pretty terrifying if you're not used to it

Im selling my beautiful house in a very nice town in central Connecticut if you're interested...very willing to negotiate. I'm looking to buy a place in New Orleans but the quality of homes around 250-350K isn't fantastic. I'm also really leery on buying an apartment or condo for that much. Flooding and bad neighborhoods also worry me but that comes with being in New Orleans. I'm almost convinced I should just wait til I "settle down" and build something because I don't think I see myself in New Orleans past 30 but I don't want to buy land now unless it's in Hawaii or something. Selling has been a huge pain in my ass though. I've dropped my price 100K from what it would have sold for 5 years ago and I'm still not getting offers. Doesn't help that town is kind of in the middle of nowhere even though it is a very nice town. Property taxes are 9K a year too which is the worst since the house is unoccupied.

My friend teaches in Japan right now and loves it. I think he went through AEON. He had to fly to San Fran a few times for interviews but he got a job before he graduated. I did some teaching in India but it was only for a few weeks and unpaid. I might go back there or try somewhere in Latin America in the next few years..

As for vintage cards, I have some gems in mint condition, but I think I'm going to start collecting Sandy Koufax memorabilia. Nicee, Sandy was always a favorite of mine. Not sure I have anything of his. I used to go to the Hall of Fame inductions as a kid so I met a ton of hall of famers and got their autographs then. I dont think Ive gotten anything since I was 12 but I'm glad I have it now. I also got an Eddie Murray autograph at spring training when he was a coach for the Orioles. Still pumped about that one.

I have a small collection of photo books and obscure basketball jerseys but thats it. I just got 'Jazz' by Herman Leonard, first edition and I have a first edition of 'Circus' by Bruce Davidson which is worth a fair amount now. Also have some books by Annie Leibovitz, another Leonard book and some smaller Phaedon press books. My best jerseys are Wally Sczerbiack on the Celtics and and Shawn Kemp on the Cavs (black/blue design). I also have a huge baseball memorabilia collection. Tons of old/valuable cards, autographs, etc. Not worth going into though. I do have every Rico Brogna card. Also add a substantial pez collection from my youth. Not sure what the hell to do with them now though.
