I ordered the set and am still waiting as well.
-
Yea, that's a rough delay. I wonder if test presses got rejected, setting everything back.
-
The email said December for shipping 😬
-
What's kind of annoying, is if I check my order status, it says delivered and the tracking number is from the t-shirt that was sent months ago.
-
The wording from their Patreon:
QuoteCriminal Records exclusive limited-to-1,000-copies, band autographed vinyl available in either pink or light blue variants.
Pre-order here: http://bit.ly/criminalorchestra
-
Was definitely oddly worded. At first I thought they gave Criminal an exclusive press out of 1000 haha, but I think it just meant that Criminal has some signed copies of the pink and blue variants. I honestly lost track of how many variants there were for this.

Both are sold out now

I received a yellow one, pretty sure I ordered in the original batch.

For folks that ordered the rebUke 7", did you get a download when you placed your order?

Anyone have any clue when that Milo Ukelele 7" is shipping out?
Late March according to Fat's site: https://fatwreck.com/pages/updates-on-new-releases

Yeah got the shipping for this, but yet still waiting for a 7 inch with Milo playing a ukulele and ranting about politics pre ordered in I think October.
Ha, I forgot I ordered that. Meanwhile, the Descendents 7" with two of the same songs that went up a month later was sent out a while ago. Fat's site says March shipping for Milo's Rebuke, so maybe soon?

Oh man, super stoked on this. Really curious to see who all is actually playing on this. The blurb mentions bringing in tour mates, friends and past members to play. JR of Less Than Jake already mentioned he played on the album, which is definitely the first time even though he usually plays Hometown Throwdown each year.

LTJ were teasing a new test press on Instagram a couple days ago as well as teasing a Nan Coffey version of the Losing Streak art. Since this year is the 25th Anniversary for LS, I wonder if we're about to see a reissue for it?

Album is basically already announced. Stephen jumped the gun on one of the first streams and said they were way into it and that it'd be released in 2020, the rest of the band gave him the look and he backpedaled a bit and said it'd probably be more like this year and that they were still writing.
Yup, I mentioned the album announce in one of the streams

Dark Is The Way, Light Is A Place live stream
Anyone else think they might announce a new album at the end of all these live streams? I'm getting suspicious lol
That would be my guess. Finish out livestreams and maybe announce the album when they get to Lowborn and then do a livestream on or after the release date?

They confirmed on one of the first couple livestreams that they had already been on working on a new album for a while now. Don't think it's been mentioned in the more recent streams.

Live stream was way better than I expected. I tuned in about 1/3 of the way through and expected to just dip in and check it out, but it blew me away pretty much immediately. I hope they at least release the audio for a digital download, I think the energy and tweaks of the live performance made it at least twice as good as the studio album (though The Maze and The Parts are still better on the album). Looking forward to seeing what they do with the new record, I've got my calendar marked for Thursday.
If you're a member of the patreon, they released the full video for download today.

Ha, same, got refunded today as well.

FWIW this is a Merchnow issue. I have the same issue with Pure Noise records and their Christmas sale. I finally emailed them on Monday. This was their response today "Due to COVID restrictions we are only able to work with a quarter of our usual staff on site, which has caused a backlog of orders that need to go through a check for a possible unavailable item on your order. It looks like it is the Elder Brother record causing the issue, but I can't say for sure as the out of stock team has your order and has to get to it. I apologize for the inconvenience, but your order will not be able to ship for a few weeks until that check can be processed by our out of stock team and remedied."
Had an issue with another label that also uses Merchnow and ultimately was told Merchnow had closed up shop for the holidays so NO orders had shipped since late December through early January. 🤦♂️

I emailed them asking about that since my tracking shows complete since September. They didn't address the tracking but said the fulfillment center is still waiting on the next batch of records from Gold Rush to start shipping out more. 🤷♂️
