Glad to see you have my screen printed TSOAF. I’m curious how much those things are worth now in the secondary market. I’ve never see any on eBay. 

I recorded the whole set from the album release show if anyone is interested.

Selling to the boards vs selling on discogs are two different things. I’d be annoyed if he was selling it for that much on here. 
It’s such a ridiculous price too, so it could be one of those, “I don’t wanna sell it, but if I do, I want an absurd amount.” kind of things. 

The deluxe is on Amazon but not the color.

Yeah. These exclusives suck. I was just listening to the Halloween event exclusive I got from Mondo like 10 years ago and thinking how different VC is now. I bought like 20 copies for people on the board at cost. They just gave me a sealed box of vinyl. 😂

There are still people here that help out, like the guy doing the raffle for DP… but he seems like a rare breed now on VC. 
if there’s no limit, why not buy 10 copies for the board? 🤷🏼‍♂️

I played this game last time, buying each of the three EPs that made up the first album, and then buying the full album when it dropped.

It's kind shitty, but honestly I didn't loose any money, I sold the EPs when the album dropped without even being scummy about the price I was ahead money.  And I didn't feel bad because if all you cared about was the music, a new fan could buy the album.  If you were a collector and wanted the EPs just cause, then fine, I was selling mine.


It'll probably be the same deal as last time, but I like the songs enough that if it turns out for each of these only one of two of the songs ends up on the album then great, I have the B-Side on vinyl.  If not and it's all on the album, then great, I can just sell these.

If that happens hit me up. I’ll buy the singles.

Yeah it’s like they’re charging $70 for signatures. I have my other records signed by them. It’s not hard to meet them at shows since they usually hang out before and after. I was still willing to pay the $100 though because I’d rather the band have the money than some random. Whatever. 
the release should have been postponed an hour or so to fix the issue. The test mode thing gave too many late-comers the opportunity to have the record in their carts already. It was all luck. 

I was on the site before it went live. There was a site owner password. Kept refreshing and got one in my cart. Website was in test mode for 13 minutes and wouldn’t allow people to checkout. I went to the IG post to see if it was just me. Sold out within 1 minute while I was checking the post. My friend gave up within 2 minutes because he didn’t give a shit. 
long story short, I didn’t even get one. Back to supporting flippers on eBay I guess.

It’s also possible neither of us will succeed. Better to have two people trying. 
And technically since the band doesn’t want fans buying records from resellers, me and a friend buying one copy direct is exactly what they want. Why would I buy a $75 record from some random seller when I can get the money direct to the band?

Got my alarm set for 5pst tomorrow so I don’t miss it. It’s 1 per person and you can’t pick the color but I’m gonna have a friend try to order one too so I can hopefully get one green and one yellow.

I didn't even know it was a thing. I feel like VC has significantly dropped in terms of people posting about releases. I use to never miss a release and now half the time there aren't even threads for a record until they're sold out.
