odds are this won't be up before any sales end. hence the glitch. haven't you guys learned that hot topic purposely holds some shit back from sales yet? especially after they pulled they entire vinyl section from the site during hot cash without any prior notice.

you need to relax dude. you're the reason why flippers exist. people who need to have things immediately and spare no expense to accomplish that goal. a few pages back you were willing to go to ebay and pay $35+ before it was even put up online. now you want to immediately order again after your first order got cancelled because of a technical problem, as somene else already explained. those glitches happen from time to time with hot topic's site for whatever reason. it's either that or either that are they are holding this till after that buy one get one 50% sale ends, which apparently they are already doing as people are complaining tre doesnt work with the sale. dos is still up and it has been out for a few months now without selling out, uno took months to sell out. logic says tre will take a while to sell out too.

just so i know how wavy of a line in the sand this place draws. people aren't cool with people throwing up that thrice manchester orchestra split on ebay right after they buy it and before they even shipped them, but it's ok for this guy to try to sell a record right on this board that won't come out for months.

so now this place has stooped to pre-ordering pre-orders. and plus, i don't think money has actually exchanged hands on the other deals you are referring to. it's just people saying they don't want the copy from that subscription BS and want to sell or trade it. then someone says they want it or they'll take it. that person just claims the record, they're bascially calling dibs on it. they're not actually paying for it yet. that sort of thing happens all the time here, not people wanting money up front for a pre-order of a pre-order.

i don't think anyone, even the band, thought people wouldnt flip these. but anyone who threw it up yesterday a few hours after it sold out, or any time before they actually get them let alone before they even started shipping, is a flat out moron and deserves to get their orders cancelled for that fact alone. especially if you live in a rinky dink town like Festus, MO or advertise your ebay shit on Thrice's facebook page. as it's not unheard of for labels or bands to cancel orders from those types of dumb jackasses.

i got an email back from Robert earlier today about cancelling orders of flippers. he said they're working hard to track down all the people flipping this on ebay and some are easier to figure out than others. and that it's tough trying to connect all the dots with the ebay seller and their buyer list. it's a lot of work but they plan on finding all of them. it is feasible considering there are only 6 up right now. it's not like there are 20 or 30. plus i already helped them with one of the sellers, so there are only 5 now, which he thanked me for.

you guys can all email the band and point them in the direction of that guy. they can easily cancel his order now and he get's fucked with this. and stalker? it took me less than 2 minutes to figure it out and find it. i have a pretty good memory and i rememberd seeing he publicly posted a link to his ebay auctions on thrice's facebook page. which i remembered seeing after looking at their page earlier this week for a good live shot of the band in their photos. i followed the link someone else posted here for the auction flipping this split, looked at his other items for sale, saw this split, put 2 and 2 together, went back to Thrice's facebook and followed the link this flipper posted to confirm my suspicions and here we are. but if a mod wants me to delete my post with his facebook page posted i will gladly do so.
