A good starting point is all the bands that came years before them because Judge is a fucking terrible band. All that youth crew shit ruined punk rock for me because it was so terrible and attracted the worst goons and meatheads. 

That is funny because MXV is one of the most knowledgeable people on the board and has been around long enough to see this shit first hand.
And it is very possible for a band/bands to ruin an entire genre of music.
Music for the most part is reactionary. One band has the power to shift the mentality of a scene especially one as small and tight as hardcore. A band can come out and do something that hasn't been done before. Bands that play alongside them take note of this new variation and implement it into their music. Then those bands play some shows and spread this sound even further. Pretty soon there are a ton of bands copying that one band.
This doesn't have to be a bad thing, but when the style that is being spread promotes violence and ignorance you now have bands attempting to be more aggressive and fans that are only out to hurt others. That can lead to people that don't want to partake leaving the scene that thy were a part of for many years.

I know quite a few months back there was talk that this was going to be released through third man records on vinyl, did anyone hear that it was no longer happening? Slightly confused as to how it hasn't already made it out or no news has happened. Could it be a RSD release?

Also, really?!?! It's been a day since you emailed them right? Quit your whining. 

You're probably not going to get too much sympathy I'm afraid. Fat has some of the consistantly best customer service and best prices around. Not to mention that ultimately they're putting out products that people want from bands they love.
 
If this rant were directed at folks like SRC you'd have villagers with pitchforks and torches at the ready.

I didn't see that and it wasn't my first time ordering. That is ridiculous. If they are charging 15 bucks plus shipping they can afford a piece of fucking cardboard in the mailer without further gouging the customer. It won't eat into their profit margin more than a few cents since they buy in huge bulk. 
 
Fuck Fat Wreck! This is the last time I order from them and as expected they didn't respond to my email. 

That sucks. To make up for it they'll probably invite you out to Fat Mike's house so you can find one of his records that's not the best, but that's alright. Then they will give you a mailer that you can put it in to shake it, BUT you only get to shake it once so it only gets messed up at the bottom. It won't be as badly or severely damaged as yours, but ya know fair is fair. Then they'll film it and send it over to TMZ because that's punk.

Got mine yesterday. They threw it in a mailer with no padding so it rattled around plenty during shipping and two of the corners were bent and dinged up bad enough to make me furious. I emailed them this morning to ask them to send me a new cover but I'm sure they'll probably ignore it.

They just wanted to be nice people and let everyone enjoy Descendents so people trying to catch both wouldn't have any conflicts and could go catch their set.And someone said they didn't even start that late, like 9 minutes or so... Descendents came on 10 minutes late and ended almost 10 minutes early...
