Learned my 'never order from Captured Tracks' lesson hard on this. I grabbed the 7"'s a while back, when they were still 'Dive'. Was super stoked for the full-length and pre-ordered the limited LP immediately after it went live, waited for 4 months, followed up, and was told 'Oh shit, we overlooked your order, and the limited LPs are long gone'. Regardless, it's the music that matters... and this record is incredible.

Rad! Saw them in January and was absolutely blown away. Children of Desire was a top record in 2012, IMO.

Pearl Jam played a few years back. They're doing Wrigley in July, which would violate the Lolla mileage clause, so that would be a no go. The dance field is out of control now... I'd expect to see just about any annoying electronic tween bleep bloop bassdrop bullshit you can think of on the line up.

Dad post: These dudes are old as shit and keep churning out albums that 90% of today's heavy bands would be proud to have released. I don't mind paying $40 for a great album, knowing (hopefully) that my money is helping them to get by and continue creating while simultaneously supporting their families. Ordered.

I recently moved and emailed Echo Park records saying 'hey, I ordered these records a month ago and haven't received shipping confirmation... I'm moving in two weeks, here is my new address' and miraculously they shipped the next day. I think you just need to keep tabs on them, which is annoying.

Saw them do an in-store today at Permanent. They have the loser editions and a 7" for sale, but more importantly, they kill it live.

Would gladly take tickets to a Replacements gig over owning the EP... fingers crossed.

Saw them back in March or April and it was amazing... ... saw them play a set of new material at Pitchfork in July, and it was otherworldly! Stoked for this.
