Was this directed at me? I did call customer service; which is why I said that I grew tired of waiting on hold. No matter how much of a "big boy" you might be, 34 minutes of waiting for someone to take your call is a bit much. Two emails followed my second phone attempt. Both have yet to be answered. With that being said, prior to this order HT has always been great. The fact that they didn't send my records was irritating. Not being able to get ahold of someone to fix the issue was what really bothered me.

At least they shipped it. I ordered something durin that 50% off + free shipping weekend and they sent confirmation but it never came. They won't return my emails and I'm tired of waiting on hold. Bullshit.
