  1. Fu..., the amazon.ca link isnt available anymore. What does it mean?
  2. As far as I understand, amazon.ca sells both versions: The one with the slipcase is called Born To Die: The Paradise Edition: http://www.amazon.ca/Born-Die-Paradise-Vinyl-Lana/dp/B009POCIW0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1351612138&sr=8-1 And the regular one without the slipcase, Paradise: http://www.amazon.ca/Paradise-Vinyl-Lana-Del-Rey/dp/B009OXS8RQ/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1351612138&sr=8-2
  3. Im buying this only for the nostalgia factor - because of couple of songs (Wicked Game, Join Me, Right Here..., Heartache...)
  4. It says that on the front cover sticker: only 300 copies worldwide. I believe all of the copies have the colour and the pressing numbers mentioned on that sticker, no?
  5. Aroung the time Razorblace Romance was released, they were huge in Europe. I remember that german music channel VIVA ZWEI played them almost every hour.
  6. So, these are getting released under Music on Vinyl. While the previous presses were good, there were some typos/mistakes on them. Music on Vinyl pressing stuff is probably going to be better in every aspect. Deliverance isnt announced yet, but it is available for preorder on some places, I preordered one from my local record store. Damnation Music on Vinyl link: http://www.musiconvinyl.com/releases/Opeth/Damnation And why isnt anyone re-releasing Ghost Reveries? The first pressing is just awful and out of print for five years.
  7. btw, is this released under Music on Vinyl or something else? I preordered this from my local music store and the price was 19.99 euros, Music on Vinyl 2LP releases are usually never under 25 euros here.
  8. What? That only applies to USA, they have been popular in Europe nonetheless.
  9. I dont have the camera at the moment, will try to think of something. One of the records is lilac and the other violet. Basically one is dark purple and the other light purple - matches the album cover colours.
  10. Got mine today from amazon.it, the colour was lilac/violet (1/300). Overall very happy with it - polylined inner sleeves, thick records etc. Will listen to the records this weekend.
  11. My local record store listed the vinyl release in their newsletter couple of weeks ago, if I remember correctly, the release date was something late november. They could be wrong though, of course.
  12. How can I use this gift certificate when the item is still not available and cannot be even preordered?
  13. What do you mean by that? That the price will go down at amazon? I have the recent (released couple of months ago) reissue of the Music For The Jilted Generation - the records are super light (probably 120 gram) and with hairlines/scratches all over them. And the sleeve is not gatefold. Total boner killer.
  14. btw, the charting position for this is very surprising. 17 000 copies of just the CD? That is like what usually Dream Theater sells. "The Parallax II: Future Sequence", the new album from progressive rock/cutting-edge metal innovators BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME, sold 17,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 22 on The Billboard 200 chart. Released on October 9 viaMetal Blade Records, the CD, which clocks in at approximately 72 minutes, features artwork from Charlotte, North Carolina artist and designer Chandler Owen (UNDEROATH, SHAI HULUD, HOPESFALL). http://www.blabbermo...wsitemID=180982
  15. Did they have the box set picture up before or did they just add that? Makes me a little bit more optimistic. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Rage-Against-Machine-Anniversary-Deluxe/dp/B009G7ZYUO/ref=sr_1_4?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1350671303&sr=1-4
  16. Apparently this Paradise Edition is getting released only as "Paradise" without the slipcase (only the record) and the price is lower. And its available at amazon.ca and amazon.com
  17. RIITIIR is amazing, easily the best extreme metal album this year. btw, its kind of weird to see that usually Enslaved threads have 100 views at this forum, yet totally overrated stuff like Sleep (Dopesmoker) has 10 000 views. In ten years time people are paying five times more for the RIITIIR first press than the Sleep one - people will catch up, eventually, mark my words
  18. Just got Eld and Monumension in the mail - the quality of these (jacket, inner sleeves = polylined, records) is very-very good.
  19. Eld reissue cover quality is supposedly great (read it from another forum). I have Below The Lights reissue and it sounds and looks also great. I cannot comment on the Frost reissue, because I have the reissue cover with the original record. Ruun which was released under Back on Black sounds also surprisingly good, though most of this pressing was warped for some reason (the records also had this weird residue). I have had three copies of this - all ordered from different places (europe vs USA) RIITIIR seems like it even has a different master, but Im not sure - it definitely sounded clearer and more punchier when I switched between the mp3 and the record the other day.
