I usually do when I'm in the gym but my workout group is usually 2-6 people. But if I'm by myself I have bailed on 300+lbs. But I use bumper plates. I literally let go and step forward. Opposite for front squats.

My boss got all pissed because I hadn't lifted heavy in months and I front squatted 385. He hit a crazy number but seeing as I hadn't trained for max like he had the past 6 weeks he knew I could be stronger than him.

I don't get people's problem with the price. $20 for 180g 12". $10 for each 7". Sounds like a reasonable price to me.

So I'm guessing these aren't ppd.

I don't think his stories are fake as much as they are over exaggerated. There are a lot of his stories that people have come out and said the basic story happened but not the exact way he described it. That all being said his stuff cracks me up.

He did release that remastered version digitally I think Soupy wasn't to happy got released.

I think it has some good songs on it. But really nothing special. Its more fun to listen where they have come from.

I've come to find with all the roommates that I have throughout the years and many of my friends that much of my generation don't even have mp3s of much music anymore. Like my roommates are really into dubstep so I've gone to shows and stuff with them. I'll mention that so and so just put out a new album or whatever and they would have no idea unless I played it for them because all they listen to is pandora.
