There's really no hype surrounding it whatsoever. I can't recall them ever releasing something this heavy, besides that FoH/COK split a few years ago, so maybe the majority of Topshelf followers just aren't into it. The MF 7" from 2 years ago still hasn't even sold through the 600 copies that were pressed. They need to tour with some prominent names in that scene to spread the word.
