I have a shocker tat too. had one for a while now. except mine doesnt have ribbons. just a severed hand. and it's a whole lot more subtle than this one and a bit hidden. To the guy who said you had to be retarded to get this. Sometimes when you're at a shop and both of you(artist and desk guy) are bored, you get stupid shit tattooed on you for fun. It's free, and after a certain point of getting artwork tattooed on our bodies, we tend to place little silly tattoos on each other for shits and giggles. I still think you're (not you specifically, a genereic 'you') retarded if you get one as a focal piece like this, but if you have a full sleeves or tons of work, I know a lot of silly stuff slips in for purely entertainment purposes.
