I honestly don't even know if anyone else has one. The online pre order was limited to 10, and that didn't sell out. And the band never got the /25 tour tapes they were supposed to. It was supposed to be white /10, blue /20, and red /20. As far as I remember only the white copies were available online in the Meadowbrook store.
