I ordered the Unicorns reissue from them a while ago, I wonder if I just ate it. I don't get why media mail isn't a standard option for every online record retailer. I got an email the next day saying my record was backordered (when I ordered it, it was in stock) and I had to wait for the next shipment at the end of december. So, I told them to cancel. Well, today my record showed up... no shipping notice or word back from customer service. I've ordered from Insound 3-4 times with no huge complaints.
