The last email I got from them was a while back advising that it was backordered and reply if I still wanted it. Which I did. I even placed an order for the Metallica - Death Magnetic 5xLP and that damn thing was shipped the next day. WTF?!?!? From the Confirmation E-mail If you have any questions about your shipment, please email us here: [email protected] or you may call us at(765) 608-5340, between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm EST Monday through Friday and 11:00 am to 3:00 pm EST on Saturday. Honestly their system kinda sucks.. I have 3 pre-orders with them, and only One shows up in the Order status section. Kind of bullshit if you ask me.
