cosmonaut
Just like any and all previous threads in which we reveal and talk about our ages, this one is making me feel old. Some of the albums mentioned I remember actually buying when they first came out! I hear that. I remember buying the Chronic my first year of college. Fuck. momentumlost
For some reason, I dont listen to much music that came out around the time I was born (1989), so I'm just going to throw out two albums i know from my birthyear and that are decent.NOFX-S&M Airlines Phil Collins-...But Seriously im glad im not the only one who rocks to some phil. lol
controlthebleeding
1973Tom Waits - Closing Time Nice one. For me, it's probably Curtis Mayfield's 'Got to Find a Way' from 1974. I was a year too late for 'Sabbath Bloody Sabbath.' Yea, i didnt want to put Black Sabbath, because the album i really did love was made 2 years prior to my birth Also these are a few albums that were in all honesty considerations too: David Bowie - THe Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust Elton John - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon

The Replacements - Let It Be you might want to scratch 1984. 1984 was released in December of 83' so the band would say they released an album every year since 78'.
