travis
Spurs are good but I dont think they can really match up with the Lakers and I dont see them beating the Lakers 4 times in a series if they meet in the playoffs. Not just cause Im a fan, but I dont think anyone in the West can play with the Lakers. In the East I dont think anyone can really play with the Celtics. Especially if Garnett's knees hold up. If they have Wallace, Pierce, Garnett and Allen playing most of the season, there isnt another team in the East that can keep up with them. As long as both teams stay healthy I cant see any other teams making it to the Finals this year.
sgoodcore
If Manu is healthy, the Spurs are a much more difficult team to handle.

kurtz
So... Washington beat Dallas... Dallas beat LAL..... The only conclusion I can draw from this is that the Wizards must be better than the Lakers this year!

There was a great article in ESPN Magazine this month about how quite a few coaches (Doc Rivers, Gregg Popovich) were going to play guys like Tim Duncan and KG as little as possible to keep them fresh for the playoffs. I think the Celts are dangerous, especially if Rondo gets his off-court shit straight. Depending on Vince's injury I think the Magic could make it to the semis again. Rose spent something like 3 and a half months spending 3 hours a day working on jump shots, and if it transfers to the real games the Bulls have another shot at the dance, although I think the Cav's shaky start was just a fluke. travis
I saw that thing with the bat. So weird. Manu just swatted it and then picked it up like it was a piece of trash. Id be scared to touch that thing.

Its not Rondo doing the talking. Its Doc Rivers and Danny Ainge bad-mouthing Rondo in the press and on the radio.

jayeffscene
Well shit. Tyrus Thomas hurt himself during a weight training session today and is out for 4-6 weeks. Hopefully Deng can keep playing at the level he's started at.
travis
Cant wait for Pau to come back. Bynum should be back soon too. Im anxious to see what its like with the whole team healthy. Once Pau and Bynum are back they should be blowing teams out. Also Kobe is going to repeat for MVP
