Spurs are good but I dont think they can really match up with the Lakers and I dont see them beating the Lakers 4 times in a series if they meet in the playoffs. Not just cause Im a fan, but I dont think anyone in the West can play with the Lakers.

In the East I dont think anyone can really play with the Celtics. Especially if Garnett's knees hold up. If they have Wallace, Pierce, Garnett and Allen playing most of the season, there isnt another team in the East that can keep up with them.

As long as both teams stay healthy I cant see any other teams making it to the Finals this year.

There was a great article in ESPN Magazine this month about how quite a few coaches (Doc Rivers, Gregg Popovich) were going to play guys like Tim Duncan and KG as little as possible to keep them fresh for the playoffs.

I think the Celts are dangerous, especially if Rondo gets his off-court shit straight. Depending on Vince's injury I think the Magic could make it to the semis again. Rose spent something like 3 and a half months spending 3 hours a day working on jump shots, and if it transfers to the real games the Bulls have another shot at the dance, although I think the Cav's shaky start was just a fluke.

Do Danny Ainge and Doc Rivers just want him around to bad-mouth in the press for five more years?

he can talk all the shit he wants, as long as he stays one of the best point guards in the game.

Its not Rondo doing the talking. Its Doc Rivers and Danny Ainge bad-mouthing Rondo in the press and on the radio.
