mediocore Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 My buddy's seen it twice. Graphic violence, a softcore porn scene (Silk Spectre naked? Damn right!), and it sticks pretty close to the novel (with the exception of the ending). It's about 2:42, but he said they could stand to shed another 15 minutes to tighten it up. The closest I ever got to comics was my obsession with TMNT, but I never even had any Ninja Turtles comics. I am thinking about getting this book and reading it though. von Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 Im pretty amped on it, for some reason I did always think manhatten would have alot more of an ominous sounding voice, but for some reason now, hearing it with a normal voice makes it seem so much more of how strange a character he is, a guy who became a god. Every action scene in the trailer was in slow motion. That will bother me if the whole movie is like that. Personally I like my action scenes to be fast paced. I also heard how they changed the ending from the book, but apparently from people who've seen it, it's just as good. It seems like only die hard fanboys are the ones that are upset.
