mcm1610 Posted December 28, 2008 Share Posted December 28, 2008 I've lived in the Buffalo city limits for a while now and I've only once seen cops in my neighborhood. You can do whatever the fuck you want, and if they catch you, as long as there's nothing blatantly obvious that a crime was committed, you're scott free anyway. Usually its like we're hanging out doing something stupid drinking, but not really bad. They just usually tell us to leave and are generally very friendly about it.
