I'm not going to out them because that's not my place to do so, but I trust what they told me. hahaha. great justification. i believe what i do based on what this dude said about what someone else said that happened, and since it sounds like its plausible, well, hey it must be fact! there is a dude in a wheelchair by the post office here that tells me almost daily that president bush talks to him, and asks his advice on important issues. i mean, thats firsthand enough right? should i get the dudes autograph? maybe ebay it? Ahem, I may be of some use here. Since Nick is a private person and not a public figure, I think the standards for libel are much lower. As such, I think that "publication"(which is required in ALL libel) requires merely the transmission of information to a third party. This counts. No, he made a claim about a person who runs a download company and he didn't feel like naming who he heard it from. Seriously, I don't think deadformat is going to lose any business over this (which is the key for libel, that you can prove it had some negative impact), so chill the fuck out.
