heavyspectres7
Hey guys, I'm new here, but I wanted to bring to the attention of all vinyl collectors an idea I have been thinking about for quite a while now. I was thinking how awesome it would be if The Sound of Animals Fighting released vinyl for all three of their albums. I've been wondering why they never released vinyl for their fantastic albums. Tell me what you think! Peace, heavy spectres
xfactor675
probably because, they don't know how to press vinylz, if you meant vinyl, that would be great.

adamlikesmusic
Didn't they release a record with a mask for like $100 or something? Might've just been a 7", I don't really know the band, just something I remember vaguely.
jaime
yeah they released a 7" with their latest album, i think. i'd definitely pick up "tiger & the duke" on vinyl, but not so sure on the other two.
soconfg
Yeah they did release a vinyl for their latest album and they had a package with a custom made mask.
trainreck
i would love to have the original version of tiger and the duke on vinyl
katebandit
It was only a 7" and you HAD to buy the $100 mask package to get it. I hope they do press vinyl for their albums, namely The Ocean and the Sun which was my favorite, but Tiger would be good too.
mcm1610
Hey, let's all jump on the new person's back for something he/she probably doesn't know any better about! I would love the first one on vinyl, probably get the second, and I dunno.. I never listened to the third one and I'm not sure why.
monk0nuggets
I would love the first one on vinyl, probably get the second, and I dunno.. I never listened to the third one and I'm not sure why. You should check out the third one. It's better than the second, and I really like the second, but absolutely love TTATD
mcm1610
I think if you remove some of the annoying shit from the 2nd one, it's a solid long-EP or short album. Some songs in there were great, but those annoying poems and that "newwwww music" drumming song at the end were stupid. I have the mp3s of the 3rd one, I'll listen eventually. thomas
The EP was good, and their latest album was pretty good. That 2nd release of theirs was super boring though, and the ep reissuse's remix were really boring too.
heavyspectres7
Lol yeah sorry about the vinyl(s) thing. I am pretty much new to vinyl collecting. Yeah I would love to have all three of them on vinyl. I'm a fan of all three. I can imagine really cool art to put on the records too. I didn't know they released a 7", but that's because I didn't buy a cheap mask for $100. ..and I'm a he , and thanks mcm!

Duff
you think by now they would have started to sell the 7" by itself. has anyone even seen one of these, anywhere? i'm wondering how much they would fetch on ebay.

vinyljunkie
first one is the only one worth listening to. the other albums can be lumped in the pile of shitty mtv-emo
garpo3000
I think the dudes from TSOAF are a little bit busy being RX Bandits right now...
rtw88
The whole $100 mask deal kind of killed any hopes that I could ever like this band, or even the RX Bandits. It's kind of silly that you would try to sell a piece of shit mask for $100 because you think you're an artist or something, while your other band is saying So we can build ourCapitalist consumer based economy, To build, market, And sell commodities we don't need 2 legit 2 quit
