sgoodcore
Not illegal but certainly not advisable. That said, you might be able to talk to an employment agency about bad working conditions.
lechevre
Also, if you have any employees that have had any heat related illness due to working in those conditions, you probably can call OSHA. Fuck it, just call them anyways. If it's non-compliance they're usually out in 24-48 hours max.

sgoodcore
Maybe you should move somewhere man was meant to live. Like to Buffalo, the blizzard capital of the world?
mcm1610
That's exaggerated. There's so many places that get so much more snow than Buffalo does. Buffalo spends much of its winter with no snow on the ground, especially recently. The only "problem" is that if Lake Erie doesn't have a layer of ice and a band of precipitation comes, we get dumped on. Happens 2 or 3 times a year, and maybe one of those will be a couple feet of snow. Otherwise it snows an inch here, an inch there, then melts on a warm sunny day, then an inch here, and so on. mrc
i used to work in a warehouse for my summer job and it would be 120 degrees in there on a daily basis so shut up. 90s is nothing. However, who the fuck would want to go get lunch at a pizza place and eat in a fucking hot ass stuffy fucking restaurant ? shit gross! Guest kissthesharks
Being a server, I like to turn the A/C down as cold as possible, so customers don't dick around and my tables turn faster. I can't imagine not having one at work..that must be horrible.
