partysmasher
This is fucking retarded! The first page is 50 threads long and five of them are stickied for sports? Scott, why is this even a problem? Judging by the post count in them it's hardly like they're being ignored.
murakami
i am still waiting for the WNBA discussion thread i dont mind the stickied threads, its only a few. plus, the "new" icon lets me know where i left off last if i dont get back to the board often, so finding my last read thread isnt really an issue
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
OMG WHERE DID SCOTTS POST ABOUT NOT CARING ABOUT PEOPLE UNDER 1000 POSTS GO?~!??! HAHAHA I JUST TRIED TO FIND IT TO QUOTE IN THIS THREAD AND ITS GONE!!!! fuck.
partysmasher
Also, Scott, you forgot to consider the fact the +/- about your day thread has been going twice as long as the NFL thread and has had twice as many replies... so technically they're both as popular as each other. sgoodcore
Well and the +/- one is kind of ridiculous.
leerobert
This is ridiculous. I vote that all the TP/PO threads in the main forum shouldn't be stickied because I don't like some of the bands & artists. Yeah.

casey
I've never once read a single post in any of the sports threads, but I think it's kind of practical to have them stickied, so there aren't duplicate threads started 100x a day. And since there's more threads on the front page now, there's not as much worry that other, more important stuff is going to get bumped to page 2. I say leave 'em stickied. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I think this thread might have backfired on scott as it looks like his hopes in having the threads unstickied, wont happen.

Yeah, but only one person who posted in the thread has <1,000 posts, so at least most of the opinions are worthy of existence.

Guest
Is anything that is said here really that important that a few stickied threads might possibly keep you from reading something?

drabley
Seriously -- a thread to discuss getting rid of threads so we can see more threads? I can see why those 5 thread slots are in such high demand.
