subhomeseabs
The thought of any guy shaving his beard brings a tear to my eye..... I have a "beard corner" at my desk, everyone I work with makes fun of me but I think its hilarious.

One Hundred Fifty-Two
I would be up for it. Me and a few of my buddies usually do this in January or Januhairy as it is known. Also, i am not sure about everywhere, but i am pretty sure the UK and the US both use the same system to measure how long a clipper trims hair to, e.g a number 2 which i think is 1/4 inch long. They don't have inches in the UK. Speaking of which is it called a 7" in the UK still?
lonesomexloveus
ok, so you guys a. dont want to do this til it gets cooler out i.e. october at the earliest, and b. most of you refuse to shave your beard off completely. amirite? benchwarmer
I trim my beard once I start to look homeless, which is about every few months.
tattoosdonthurt
i'd be down... if it were winter. summer heat/humidity is fucking awful with facial hair Heat/Humidity in PA? I dealt with a beard in the upper nineties with AL humidity...it can't be too terrible in PA Dude, I'd be with you, because I'm in atlanta and its hot as hell here. BUT...I used to live in Philadelphia and it gets hot and humid as a swamp there, I have no idea how that works, but it does. On a side/main note....I can't shave my current beard, already in a contest/bet with some friends and I've been growing it for 2 months and I can't shave until February or March. kirbypuckett
It gets really humid in PA on certain days. No doubt it's hotter in the south, but our bodies are used to this stuff up here and it can be gross.

torpaul
I'm opposed to starting clean shaven. I don't even want to be without a beard for a day. I hate my non-bearded face. seconded!!!
controlthebleeding
I'm in TX with 60 day degree heat over a 100. I can't have a beard for more than 3 weeks till it gets itchy. so i always trim it to the closest length i could with the trimmers and start over.
