I've sent them several emails, and they never responded. Great customer service! I wanted to buy The Cootees and MxPx's Secret Weapon and I was upset about the price of shipping. I went to see if this was an issue got anyone else, it was, three years ago. The issue still has not been addressed at the MxPx store so I replied to a relevant topic about the issue. I really don't understand why this would be an issue to you, or anyone.
