scotterson
Thrice mentioned doing this a while ago, nice to finally see dates. I am super bummed that Thrice has yet to schedule a headlining tour for Beggars.

drabley
AND IT'S COMING TO CLEVELAND! This must be the best news to hit Cleveland since they put out that river fire 40 years ago.

drabley
This must be the best news to hit Cleveland since they put out that river fire 40 years ago. Hurricane Katrina. BOOM. ROASTED. Having a river catch fire is just embarassing. Nothing embarassing about one of the worst natural disasters in US history except the way the government handled it. Enjoy the show. I will as well. ihprstl
So what does this instance of co-headlining mean? Are they switching the last time slot on and off or do they both get the same allotted time?
scotterson
So what does this instance of co-headlining mean? Are they switching the last time slot on and off or do they both get the same allotted time? My guess is both. From the coheadlining shows I have been to, both bands had about an hour, and whoever closed could do an encore. I wish they would post more details so if that were the case I could try to get to a show where Thrice is at least closing.

cactusbot
The last time I saw Man Orch at Bogarts in Cincinnati this drunk dude would not leave me alone because he thought I was the lead singer.
jayeffscene
So what does this instance of co-headlining mean? Are they switching the last time slot on and off or do they both get the same allotted time? They're actually just going to play at the same time on the same stage. Also: fuck this not coming East. Should 'East' be capitalized?

gmoney
Would go if Manchester wasn't on the bill. Really want to see a full Thrice set - been a while.
scotterson
"Dates for the tour are here. If your city isn’t listed, we’re sorry. We (as in Thrice, not this particular tour) will be doing a headline tour this summer and will see you then."
goraiders
whats this reasoning behind secondary market tours like this?
birdwell
some bands care about ALL of their fans would be my guess...not just the ones who happen to live in Major cities...or maybe they just want to seem like they care.
shanehennessey
Enjoy the show. I will as well. This show is part of BOMB Fest. There's another date with only Brass Bands at the Wolf but I think there will also be one or two more shows. The whole thing is a mess but here is their twitter for updates. http://twitter.com/BOMBfest
jayeffscene
whats this reasoning behind secondary market tours like this? Some other band is going on a tour like this and I think the reasoning was because they're playing Warped.
