deadreckoning
bought this on a whim last night. No Idea records are cheap. Can someone recommend me some albums to check out? Hot Water Music for sure! Fuel for the Hate Game was a game changer, a watershed moment in hardcore history. Every successive album is a bit different, but still awesome. If you want a good variety of material, i would check out "never ender." Also, Small Brown Bike, particularly dead reckoning and ou own wars. hands down awesome. the bike and HWM got me through the late 90s

I asked him to send me a record from the no idea catalog that represented no idea, and that's the one he sent. Really dug it which is why I'm checking out the no idea catalog. bought this on a whim last night. No Idea records are cheap. Can someone recommend me some albums to check out? I think I want to pick up dead reckoning because that's the only one they stock. As for Hot Water Music, I don't know where to start with their catalog. Is fuel for the hate game a good starting point?
circlingvultures
hot water music has a ton of great records. I am not as familiar with their last few records as I am with say, forever and counting but this band is all around great so anything you pick is just going to make you want more and more. also that hawks and doves 7" is killer. I'm partial to Forever and Counting as it was the first album I heard and I still can't stop listening to it. Also, check these out... I bought several records after listening to them. http://www.noidearecords.com/bands/releases/va-pretendrecord.php http://www.noidearecords.com/bands/releases/va-pretendrecord2.php http://www.noidearecords.com/mp3.php
