scotterson
Yeah, I'm really excited for this. Does anyone in Atlanta know if there is a legit IMAX that shows movies?
gmoney
There's one in Morrow, Ga., and at the Mall of Georgia that both show movies.

Hopefully I'll be able to find time to make it up to Buford while it's playing there.

monk0nuggets
Was this shot in IMAX? Nope, shot at 35mm and upconverted. That said, I think it will be worth it to see in IMAX. Plus, I used my AAA discount to get $8 IMAX tickets!

AsleepOnRocks
This is the first i've heard about this movie, just checked out the trailer and it looks like it might be worth watching. I probably won't bother to see it in theaters though, I'll just wait to see it on Netflix, or download it or whatever.

monk0nuggets
If you have AAA, go to your local carriers website. They'll have a discounts section for stuff like hotels, car rentals, and movie tickets! There are a bunch of different theater chains with different price tickets. IMAX is the best deal because you save 5 bucks on each ticket.
dreamover
imax tickets in chicago are $18. i think the $13 tickets aren't the true 8 story imax screen. but i could be wrong.

The vast majority of "IMAX" screens were retrofits that took place in the past few years. They involve a much smaller screen, but the audience is pushed a little closer to it. Guest eriathomas
This is the first movie I've been looking forward to seeing in years, but I have no clue when I'll find time to see it. I'm hoping to see it in theaters though, since I've not been in a theater in a good 3-4 years.

The one in Buffalo is the full size IMAX screen and it's either $13 or $14 usually. Here's a pic:

daniel
So... I should probably see Inception there as well, right? Yep. I wish I had an IMAX around me where I could see it. AMC big screen will have to do.
mcm1610
My problem is that I don't have a girlfriend to see movies with, and a lot of my friends don't do movies or don't like the same types of movies I do.
