adamlikesmusic
Has the band announced anything? Or was it maybe just temporary (as was mentioned above)? Only other place I've seen it posted was another message board, so...
minty
isn't this line-up called "Bad Friends"?
ihprstl
He played two or three songs with them at Harvest Of Hope this year too.
hyperinactive
I went to the house show and sounded perfect. Super tight. Played a long set. Other guitar player is singer of western addiction. Also, pretty sure this is a permanent lineup
ericheartsu
REALLY FUCKING STOKED ON THIS! was it chad?
axlrose
I was under the impression Sam was playing guitar but Ian was still singing and playing guitar. Maybe I'm mistaken. Edit: Nathan, sorry Ian is the drummer. Also, the only two guitarists from Western Addiction were Jason (tall dude with a beard who I think basically retired to raise a family) and Ken (short Asian dude from Enemy You). Either would be cool to see in action again.

hyperinactive
Nathan is out. Sam (nmds/virgins) and Ken (enemy you/WA) are in.
mclz
Wasn't digging Nathan's tracks on African Elephant that much (I remember in an interview he said those were the 1st songs he ever wrote) so maybe they can kick it up a notch on the next record. lokithelion
Wish we'd get new Western Addiction. That record is pure gold.
mclz
^I want more Enemy You. Chicken was in Enemy You for a short time if I recall.
lifebystereo
Really bummed about this. I loved Nathan's contributions and he had such diverse influences.
eddieruckus
a lot of the songs on african elephants were just really bad, flat out first LP and EP were amazing... I love Western Addiction, New Mexican Disaster Squad and VRGNS, lets see if this lineup can save this band

axlrose
I don't think you're likely to get any more Western Addiction. At least not in a full band/touring capacity. I'm pretty sure Jason (the guitarist/vocalist) left Fat and the band to go raise a family.
nickheitman
could someone please explain the line-up changes for this band? wikipedia is helping a bit but doesn't have the line-up for the EP. personally i think the EP is the best stuff, that record is flawless. nickj
pretty crazy how much this band has changed since they started. that said, i think they sound a lot better as a 4 piece than a 3 piece.
