If you can get a stache like your avatar of David Cross, all you then need is an awesome trench coat and you can easily be a flasher. Just have your girlfriend be running around screaming "rape" while you chase her. Make sure she has a rape whistle. These days everyone should. I always seem to go to a party that has so many more better costumes, so I give up. A few years ago this girl was one of the nurses from Silent Hill...that costume never left my mind because it was so awesome.
