supafly
Well, that's the thing, then you've got records made of recycled vinyl. Good for the environment and all but if you can help it, its better to use a machine that you don't have to recycle vinyl on. Hopefully recycling that soon after initial press helps. Yeah they are cool and all but i really wish they sounded better
flood
ill hopefully be getting the TMBG record in time to get it out to stores for RSD as well
mclz
^Matt, they are playing in Jersey on RSD...they are doing a free outdoor show in Princeton, I however will be going to a different store though because PRX is 45 minutes away rather than the other one which is 20 minutes. recklesszurabandon
I don't think this has been posted yet... Devo just posted a link with info from RedEye's catalog regarding their Live in Seattle RSD release: http://devo-obsesso.com/html/paper-itempages/documents/redeye_catalog-rsd-2012.html Only $16.65 for two 12" LPs and two 12" posters--not too bad! surfingelectrode
Oh yeah, retail for the Lips album is $37, which is way more than I was hoping for. I hope that makes it a bit easier to find, since the Lips collector scum in me wants to get 2-3 copies of it.

pickrunner18
Where is everyone getting the pricing info? And I contacted my local store about things I wanted but they had no idea what they ordered or what they would be getting. Is there any way I can insure I get the couple records I want? (Walk the Moon, Mae, Straylight) It just seems dumb that each store isn't getting a bit of everything, and that it comes down to being lucky to find what you want. scottheisel
I wonder why At The Drive-In isn't on that list. Probably because it's Coachella only. The regular version comes out in June.
riotgirl787
Do physical stores really take orders starting now? And is Strictly Discs a legitimate store to order from?
nothingnatural
Not seeing much I'm interested in. Maybe the Steven Wilson and DJ Shadow releases but that's about it. That DJ Shadow 7" is gonna be a bitch to get. Only 100 made and they will only be available at a certain event in the UK. I really want one so again, if anyone here is able to snag one, we can either work a trade or I'll buy. I only want a few 7s for the most part. I'll just pick up a few of the other things I'm interested later down the road. I'm pretty happy that there's not much I care for coming out this year. kickinfatbeats
my biggest wants are botch and crosses. i'm going to be in Worcester, MA on RSD, and as far as i could tell there is only one shop in town participating. would be more than happy to pick some things up for others, and would very much appreciate anyone picking up an extra copy of either of those two in case that store doesn't get them.
