Hello everyone!

I've had a crazy weekend in regards to printing these sleeves, I burned 10 screens that inevitably were not usable due to emulsion getting too warm and causing my exposure time to go up a few minutes. Since they weren't exposed long enough after the image was shot out some of the emulsion that wasn't fully hardened bled into the image area and clogged up the design in places. I reclaimed all the screens and coated and burned 8 more sunday and was able to get a couple sleeves completely finished and will be finishing up the rest this week.

Here are a couple photos of some sleeves printed, if you didn't get a PM saying your sleeve shipped today then expect yours to ship at the latest Monday.

yeah those look really amazing.

where do you wash all your shit at? the problem i had when screening was cleaning it all. i mean my back yard (college house) had paint in the grass FOREVER. and the paint never ever ever dried in the garage i mean two years later the paint on the bench would still get on you and stain. i think it was mainly do to using oil-based inks instead of water-based and my roommates who did the cleaning (i did all the graphics, screening, and drying...they just got drunk) just sprayed the shit outside. i mean it was sooooo loud cleaning the screens at 2 in the morning with a garden hose.

not to steal the thread, i was just curious

i really need some of these made...

think i will have you do a batch of them in the next month or so. the hardest part seems to be getting the graphics to you.

Thanks man! I have a 1-car garage at my townhouse and my wife lets me use the entire thing for printing / woodworking. I've got a washout booth that I attached a drain hose to and I let the water drain into a drainage pit I dug right outside the garage in a mulch bed. I use water based inks and earth friendly cleaning products to have as little impact as possible on the environment.

has it been really messy dealing with the paint or is water based ink pretty simple to use? none of it would have been bad had it not been for the paint melting plastic and sticking to everything and never drying until being heated under my heating unit.

would love to do this again one day once i get a house but first i will be putting in a darkroom, so for now i will send you some business. over the coming weeks i will see what all i have and track down graphics for the stuff. thanks and keep up the awesome work.

also anyway to get brown sleeves? or maybe a place i can buy some to provide. i think some may look awesome in light brown.
