Just shipped a record. Little bit apprehensive.

Recommended Posts

I put the sealed record in two plastic sleeves and taped it up to avoid seam splits. I then wrapped it in bubble wrap and put it in a mailer. The mailer was a tight fit, but I taped the shit out of it. My only concern is that you can see the corners through tape, due to the volume the bubble wrap takes up. They don't seem to be able to contact anything, however. Should I be worried? ???

Is this real?

Yes sir. I am legitimately concerned. It is a rare record and I had to make due with what I had. The record itself is snug and does not move around. Just that you can see some of the corners through tape. In hindsight, I should have covered them with something. [/quote

As someone else expressed if its so rare and you're worried now, why wouldn't you take the time to get a proper mailer and package it correctly? Hope you don't get moisture in between the plastic wrap!
