dantheriver Posted January 7, 2013 Author Share Posted January 7, 2013 there is a special cover that is numbered, but my vinyl is definitely the least rare. i didn't read it as if there was going to be a special color for the deluxe packages, but i am 90% sure it said it would be the rarest. You are right, because I specifically remember asking if the Citizen bundles included the most rare variant because it was not listed on that deluxe package but was listed on both the Basement and HC deluxe packages. Also, the 2nd press is up for pre-order now (being announced tomorrow), along with the third press of IWICSH. Also going up tomorrow is the Vinnie Caruana record, the second press of Daylight - The Difference..., second press of Seahaven - Winter Forever, and second press of Seahaven - Ghost (but those aren't up yet).
