chamb117 Posted December 14, 2012 Share Posted December 14, 2012 i'm pretty sure my order was among the ones that were cancelled since it didn't show in my HT account history after all that shit happened earlier, but i just got an email confirming shipment... did this happen to anyone else? i mean, i guess i can be stoked again that i'm getting them, but it's just weird. mytrainwreck Posted December 14, 2012 Share Posted December 14, 2012 okay, so here's something i could use some insight with. when i placed the pre-order for the panic record, i ordered another record at the same time. that one was shipped, and i was only charged for that record. now, i know that HT only charges you when they're ready to ship, but when i check my order number through the website, i don't see any annotations that say that the order is "partially shipped", rather it just reads "shipped". i don't know if i should assume my pre-order was cancelled, or should i just wait it out for a bit and see what happens? what do you all suggest? Just checked my account today, and it still says "Fulfilling Order" under my order history. Should I just give up on it and try to pick it up in-store?
