It has tracking, stamp by post office, and the correct address an everything. Weeks spent dealing with the post office and nothing could be done. Like I said, I'll post my customs receipt here. Blur out his info and post a non blurred one to him trough pm. All I know is I have given $135, came out with no record and have no proof it's not in hand because the code didn't work. I talked to USPS myself and they said you could have submitted a lost parcel claim after 6 weeks. My understanding is that a customs form is not delivery confirmation and in fact is near impossible to use for tracking once the package leaves the US of A. Everyone: take this as a reason to get insurance on high priced packages. Also: whoever is giving you advice is full of shit. Onus is on the seller to deliver the item in the condition it was originally described. If that doesn't happen it is up to you to make it right. FWIW, when I was shipping to Canada the first time I asked about tracking. The woman at the post office told me that in order to do that it would have to be registered mail, which is considerably more expensive.
