99% sure Diiv will have a new release, not sure if it'd be their sophomore or an EP but they've been playing new songs live check out the youtube! Haven't heard any info with Wild Nothing...

The only reason I think Wild Nothing will drop a LP is because it would make so much sense. Gemini (LP, 2010), then Golden Haze (EP, late 2010 or 2011 I can never remember), then Nocturne (LP, 2012), then Empty Estate (EP, 2013).... It's just an interesting pattern. I have a feeling the next DIIV release will be a LP as well.

Yea if they follow the traditional format, Craft Spells took 3 years though, which is pretty weird for a musician. I'd say the goal is like, an LP at least every 2 years

Ahh it's just an ok album. I kinda enjoyed the craft spells with the straight constant beats vs the new swingy drums background. This ones more serious than dancy hip ones in the past

Damnit I loved Tides End and was looking forward to a new album.

Yeah. Minks were awesome. Tides End is right up there in my top 5 CapTrax releases.
