  1. Looks like Halloween Kills is getting a same day release on Peacock. Not sure if that'll sway me out of going to the theater, but it's nice knowing it'll be an option. https://www.dreadcentral.com/news/412680/halloween-kills-will-hit-peacock-on-day-of-theatrical-release/
  2. I watched it this weekend and felt similarly. It wasn't bad enough I turned it off, but it didn't hold my attention either. I'd burnt myself out on movies after spending the bulk of lockdown watching at least one a day, but I'm getting back in the mood for them. Here's what else I watched over the weekend. Superhost : thought this was a bit of a dud. Story was pretty generic, but with an 'influencer' spin. Don't Breathe 2 : Not nearly as good as the first one, but it made for a fun Friday night beer movie. Girls School Screamers : This is pretty boring and slow, but the final 30 minutes are a blast. Lots of gooey practical effects. We Need To Do Something : I enjoyed this even though it didn't completely work.
  3. Thanks! I'd been buying a couple albums every time I'd ordered through Relapse, but hasn't made it this far and didn't realize it wasn't readily available.
  4. Would've been an instant buy for me until I saw it was on a Gildan heavy, wish bands would quit printing their shirts on those.
  5. I finished it last night and enjoyed some of it, but overall something didn't quite work for me. I can't pin down what specifically, because on paper this is right up my alley. I thought Rosa Salazar and Catherine Keener were great. Those two and the gore / weirdness kept me coming back. I watched it over the course of a few weeks and maybe it works better as a binge. Couple other things I watched and liked recently Teddy - Takes some familiar werewolf/puberty themes and executes them really well. Bloody Knuckles - This was a lot of a fun in a Troma-esque way.
  6. I'm still getting a lot of mileage out of Sepulcher and Beneath as well. Looking forward to this!

  8. I've enjoyed their score work a lot, ordered the desert rock variant,
  9. Went with the mail-order exclusive. One of my most anticipated releases!
  10. Watched Kandisha yesterday and enjoyed it. Doesn't really break new ground, but I thought it was a well made supernatural slasher.
  11. Was there a way to do this through the website or did you email them?
  12. I'd recommend The White Lotus as well, one of my favorite shows of the summer.
  13. Been waiting for this for quite a while as well! Going to wait and see what shakes out stateside
  14. Guessing most people are on the mailing list, but wanted to mention there's a Nesi drop today at 9AM pacific.
  15. Not sure if you're using it, but AdBlocker Plus has been causing issues for me on checkout more and more. Haven't looked into why, usually just disable it for a store if I'm worried about something selling out.
