Pulled the trigger last night and bought it at the European store for the reduced price of 5,95€. It's up on 11,95€ again. There was no option, the files came in 16 bit-WAV. Im ok with that, but they had almost no meta data and were locked so you can not rewrite it. Not even the track numbers were on it. Unbelievable for such major players.

Anybody knows which quality these files are? MP3 or FLAC?

Looked it up on Qobuz: first track as longest clocks in in 8:11 minutes, shortest in 4:07. Total running time of 33 minutes.

Is this a bandcamp download? This album is digitally out on 24bit 96kHz, you can imagine it sounds bomb on HiRes streaming.

If someone find european distribution except Polyvinyl UK please post it here. To order Inlet from them at release was a pain in the ass. They packed records like beginners and I received damaged sleeves 2 times.

This green is very ugly and don't need a slipmat so easy pass for me. Ordered all formats instead.

I can't spot any difference between these mentioned vinyl pressings. They are all good in my ears. As said before only the CD has a significant improved sound on my setup. Still my preffered way to listen to this album. Maybe it's my ears or I don't know. 🤠

Ortofon Concorde Pro S Cartridge, Technics SL 1210 MK2 Turntable, Yamaha A-S 501 Amplifier, Teufel Ultima 40 Speakers. I know my cartridge is a weak spot, gonna try to replace it with a better one since forever. But there are always new records to buy. 🤪

I compared the standard with the deluxe pressing and with the Plain pressing. I can't hear any difference at all. I lol'd hard at myself. Best sounding copy I own is the first CD of the 2012 remastered CD-set. 😆 Edit: Speaking of Loveless.

First and last time I ordered from diggers factory: After they ignored my request to unseal the records and put the vinyl out of cover to avoid seamsplits of course the first record (Meeting Places) arrived sealed with a massive seamsplit. Asked for a replacement sleeve, got a crappy handful of Euros refund. Requested "vinyl out of cover" for the next two records again, of course both (Fleeting Joys, Highspire) arrived today sealed with one inch seamsplits. Again. Emailed again and again and again. 🤬☹️

Parannouls 3rd tape run sold out within 2 or 3 hours yesterday. Was able to score a copy.

Does anyone ordered from Domino before? Thinking about what could happen with this shitty UK-shipping envelopes give me a strong headache. Talking about sonic dynamics: Spotify stream of Loveless sounds like shit.

Ordered along with the Fleeting Joys album two other shoegaze LPs (The Meeting Places, Highspire) and had to pay shipping for every single one. Since they are located in France it wasn't that much and I wanted these albums for a very long time. And need they a "reminder" how to ship vinyl records or they know it by themselves?
