No Joy are an awesome female led band. Their album Wait To Pleasure is amazing. But if you think you have to make a point about what is between a musicians legs to give them any value, you've got some problems.

According to Discogs I could sell my collection for ~$14000, and I'm going to use that number since a lot of my collection hasn't been sold on discogs before, so if I were to sell everything I assume those would make up the extra money. What would I do? Buy a mother fuckin' 1970 - 73 AMC Javelin (AMX if I could find one)

I'm not a record pressing expert but I know the average length of a record is ~25 minutes, but it can be extended at the cost of fidelity. I'm almost positive that you can have a 30 minute track at 33⅓

Has anyone noticed the typo in the gatefold yet?

I talked to a dude from Relapse, apparently they got 150 of the records, sold and shipped them. Then threw the remainder up as a pre-order, they shipped the rest (other 150? I don't remember how limited it is) out on June 20th. In case monsterrod is still wondering.

Have you all forgotten about All Black Recording Company? George Clarke's own label. My assumption would be the new record would be on All Black but distributed by Epitaph.

The Black//Sliver Splatter sounds exactly the same as the Pink//Gold Splatter and the Baby Pink//Beer pressing. And to add to the corniness of the story told before before... I work in the extremely rich part of my city; and there's something to be said about listening to Sunbather while driving through that affluent community with the lyrics "I held my breath and a maze of wealthy homes..."

Mine shipped on the 20th apparently. I still have at least one week until I get it. The struggle is real.
