  1. Being as Parkway just started a European tour which they'll be on for a few weeks before hitting the U.S. in April, I thought I send out a reminder that if anybody attends a show & stops by the merch table, I would gladly take a tour variant of Reverence should anyone be kind enough to grab one for me. I'll tip well. Other than that, I'm hoping to catch a show on their spring tour. Terrific addition to the tour bringing After The Burial along. That'll be a fun time.
  2. Looking for some help to keep my Parkway Drive variant collection going. Out of their entire catalogue, I'm only missing the tour variant of Reverence. Looks like they just embarked on a European tour through February before hitting the U.S. again in April. If anybody is attending a show and would be kind enough to grab a copy of this Reverence tour variant, I would happily tip them whatever we agree is fair to have it shipped to the U.S. Thank you in advance!!
  3. SRC is selling a salt N pepper variant. No mock up, I am wondering what the heck that looks like. Maybe this version has a cover of Shoop. https://www.srcvinyl.com/august-burns-red-phantom-sessions-salt-n-pepper-12-ep.html?utm_source=srcvinyl+Online+Store&utm_campaign=09334f9e61-USA_Pre_Order_For_Less7_13_2017_COPY_01&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_c8fadc889f-09334f9e61-46734829&mc_cid=09334f9e61&mc_eid=5f86d12d3c
  4. Right on. Being as the United States' legal system set him free a while ago now, and he's "done his time", what do you guys suggest he does now that he's on the outs? Just stay away from music and live a quiet life on his own? Or don't release it publicly, if he were to make music? I don't think there is a right or wrong answer, as there are many varying opinions, as displayed everywhere this is talked about. I just think it's an interesting topic. Either way, I see SRC has offered a different variant of An Ocean Between Us, in an "amber with aqua" theme. https://www.srcvinyl.com/as-i-lay-dying-an-ocean-between-us-lp.html
  5. Anybody catch any of their shows since they've started touring again? I saw the first one in San Diego and then again in Dallas. They're as fun now as they were in the early days, just crushing it. Plus, that new song My Own Grave fucking destroys. Pretty excited to see what they do next, as far as writing/recording new music. As far as the criminal side of things, I will say I know close friends, plural, who have jumped on the juicing bandwagon. I don't think they were actually injecting steroids into their veins, nor do I know exactly what drugs they were taking to get themselves all jacked up, but it fucked them up in the head. Made them act angry, violent, and do erratic things. No, they did not try to hire a hitman. And I'm not making excuses for the dude who did. That's all on him. He did it, he (at least now) owns it, and has been busting his ass to make amends where he can. They've donated money from a few of their shows to different charities, I want to say one had something to do with domestic abuse but I may be wrong. I know they gave to something related to the California wildfires. But anways, I believe his wife and kids are now in an OK place with him and have forgiven him. If you're down for the idea that shitty people, or people who have done shitty things (whether or not they were on drugs), can make a change for the better in life, good. If not, well... also good, I guess. Fair enough. If the latter is you, I won't see you in the pit. Otherwise, see you in the pit. Proceed.
  6. https://www.impericon.com/en/bring-me-the-horizon-amo-impericon-exclusive-box-set.html It looks like some kind of transparent green is included in this box set. But they called it "clear colored". Who knows what it is.
  7. Caught a couple of the shows since they started touring again, still a bad ass live band. Good looking out on the Oceans preorder.
  8. Not even one?? Yeah, I think there are eleven or twelve. I also snagged a CD. I try to keep up. Which isn't always easy, this tour press being an example. Parkway is one of three bands that I collect all variants. Not being married or having kids allows one to spend $ on such things.
  9. They announced a clear w/black smoke tour exclusive. Unfortunately not until the U.S. dates were already complete. That'll be the only variant I wasn't able to grab (that I know of), so if anybody is able to put the grabs on one for me, I would tip nicely. I think they just wrapped up the Australian dates, and don't have Europe until January & February. Not sure if they'll still be on sale then.
  10. Love this band, had to preorder from 24hundred. Looks like the clear with silver/black/white splatter from their website is now sold out. I wonder how quickly some of these others will go.
  11. Well, the wallet appreciates some Bring Me That Horizon. They don't go too variant crazy. Well, let me rephrase, they didn't for That's The Spirit, at least. Only two, I think... So far, only the clear for Amo. Sempiternal ended up having quite a few. But anyways. Say what you want about their sound. It is, what it is. What do you expect. If it's too uninteresting, just spin the back catalog, or another band. I usually don't like progressing mellow vibes & sounds of a band that's trying to make money & top charts that kill the crowd energy during live shows, but, what do you do. You can stay home & sit around, or still enjoy it for what it is. I suppose if I was in a band, my goal would be to have #1 records, too. I've been getting into cassettes a bit lately, I like the cassette option. Might have to put the grabs on that.
  12. These guys seem to have similar relationships as the Rage Against The Machine boys. They can hang out & tour together, and are friends, but aren't on the same page at all on anything business related. Excited to see these being pressed. I had an OG Toxicity, made the mistake of borrowing it (and Slipknot's Iowa) to a buddy way the heck back in...who knows...2005 or so. Never saw them again.
  13. I was surprised this didn't get a vinyl press initially. Glad to see it happening. Not to derail the topic, but there new album is fucking awesome. Still a very fun live band, too. The song Tracing Back Roots is one of my favorites of theirs.
  14. I emailed Absolute Merch's customer service to see if they'll refund my purchase, updated to the fixed shipping costs. That was quite the blunder...
  15. Looks like there are a few more variants and definitely some confusion as to these releases. I checked Impericon the day these went on sale and saw the bronze (I think) but not the red/gold/black splatter, but does look like the splatter is now sold out. EMP ships to many different countries and continents even, but not the U.S., so that one also sold out before I could snag one. Banquet has the gold/clear and the pictured red/gold/black splatter. Blue with black splatter looks to be available on Impericon, and also Pledgemusic.com in the U.S. Embrace for a kick to the nuts, $26 + almost $11 for shipping. So $37 USD from the U.S. or shipped from Impericon in Germany, they come out to the same price. And the gold/clear was also for sale from pledgemusic but is sold out. That's all I got for now.
  16. I'm not understanding the difference between JB HiFi's "exclusive" /800 black in gold, and Europe's /1000 black in gold. Both mockups look identical. https://www.jbhifi.com.au/music/Whats-Hot/metal/reverence-limited-jb-hi-fi-exclusive-gold-black-vinyl/605356/
  17. Love this band, got to get these ordered. Very curious to see what's in store for AILD. Tim released a lengthy apology to everybody on their FB page not too long ago.
  18. You guys must have all voted. They won the contest, and are opening for Metallica on 5 dates: May 19th in MA, June 4th in STL, June 14th in San Antonio, June 16th in Dallas and June 18th where else? Chicago.
  19. Vote for these boys to open up for Metallica: https://metallica.com/…/4…/hit-the-stage-with-us-this-summer A few days ago the results were public, and after being down about 500 votes to...idk Shattered Sun I think, they stormed ahead and were leading. Afterwards, results went private and they required an email address to confirm votes. Kind of interesting, suspicious a little, but nonetheless, would be pretty sweet to see them win. Not sure this is the place to rack up a ton of votes, but I figure a couple more wouldn't hurt 'em.
  20. These guys are sure no strangers to playing full albums live. Self titled had a tour, Sticks And Stones did... Too bad the shit went down with Steve the way it did, that was around the 10 year anniversary of Catalyst. Weren't there rumors of a 10 year tour & a vinyl press? Maybe that was just wishful thinking. I still can't believe that album has never been pressed. What gives? What are they waiting for? And what ever happened with Steve, anyways? That all just seemed to fade away. I see he's active on Twitter... Not frequently, but he's on there. Was he not guilty? Anyways, I love the full albums at a live show. To me, for bands that have been around this long, nothing beats hearing the songs that they never play otherwise.
  21. Not to derail the thread from the vinyl release, but is anybody catching the 20 year anniversary tour? Got to be one of the best live bands in the world, am I right? I believe that's fact, not opinion. But I could be wrong. I'll be road tripping for the 3 Chicago shows next week, & am more than excited to hear all the songs they never play live.
