    Apparently Mike Sullivan was just in a pretty serious car crash. Russian Circles had to cancel their show here that's coming up in a few weeks, and I imagine they'll be canceling some other shows. The doctor gave him orders to not play any shows for six weeks. Hope he makes a quick recovery.

    Finally. I passed on the 4xLP version so many times waiting for the price to drop. Now hopefully they'll go deeper into his catalog and reissue Mutations and Midnite Vultures too.

    I'm so excited for this. It's probably my most anticipated album of the year. I'm seeing them again in a couple weeks and I'm hoping I'll get to hear a few new songs.

    Finally seeing The Cure last night was awesome. I've wanted to see them forever. They played for three solid hours and it was all incredible. The woman next to me brought her seven year old daughter and she was super cool. She sang along to almost every song they played, even some super deep cuts that I didn't know. I wish my parents were cool enough to take me to see the Cure when I was her age.

    I was walking down the street yesterday in a shirt with a Built to Spill album cover on it and some lady saw it, stopped, started playing the air guitar and yelled "beer life forever!" while pointing to my shirt.
