My crazy splatter came and looks great. My only complaint is that the sleeves are a bit too snug . It's a struggle to get the records in and out.

Yea, in all fairness Boys and Girls + HiW both needed represses. They're actually getting harder to come by. Unfortunately, both sound like shit so if it's the same plates, I wouldn't go crazy trying to hunt one down.

1.3 has an isolated motor (no motor hum and it's easy to switch between 33/45)...comes with a pearl cartridge that i personally prefer over the ortofon red 2m, s tone-arm, and all pieces are adjustable (VTA, azimuth)...plus it's a beauty

i'm going to be that guy and not suggest the Debut Carbon. I could not get over the motor hum and issues with inner groove distortion. I'd recommend a Pro-ject RM 1.3 (my current TT) or a comparable Rega.

dayum...would have ordered a test but $100 is a little hefty...you would have had me at $50-$60 will probably get the $45 bundle

got the japanese release also and agree it sounds pretty damn good...definitely worth owning until an official repress by shields
