I think most folks who are into these bands don't really want to part with these records. I'm in a little bit the same boat. I saw them earlier this year and was able to snag a copy of Blood Eagle, but that's all I've got from Conan unfortunately. I should have sprung for all their stuff as it came out years back :/

Yeah its been a process to acquire conan/bongripper stuff. Id search discogs and places like all that is heavy.

  3. Southern Lord is doing a summer sale. A bunch of LP's as low a $5.

A surprising amount of awesome Crust Punk stuff included in the sale. Pretty sure I bought way more of that than stoner/ doom stuff.

Stoner/ Doom related grabbed the Today is the day, Black Breath and noothgrush.

if you need High On Fire- Art of Self Defense its 10 bucks. and that first nightfall record is 5 bucks and it rules.

So i was at the show last night.

    A few items to note:

-Under Duress is a really good song.

-They did not cut anyone off on the 7". As the show ended they still had it on the table for sale.

-for you print collectors they had two. One is GIANT and 75 dollars. Its the logo of the three bands thats on some shirts and a pin. There is also a smaller print that was 50. They sold out of that one at least there. It looked like they only had a handful on the table so probably only selling a few a show.

-they closed with a song i havent seen them play  in like 10 years and it was great.

-i can tell you about pain is fucking brutal live.

Sorry to be off topic but anyone see what records Amenra brought with them? Trying to pick up stuff cheaper than having to ship stuff from Europe.

I could see mass III & IV. They had one more but it was dark on that side of the table and i didnt want to push past people to check it out. Both were 20 bucks.

So just a quick update - they had a supposedly /100 splatter available at TIHC.  It didn't have a DL card, but and the jacket had a hype sticker stating /666 (I'm guessing that is the total run?).  I guess we'll find out today when he throws everything up online.  Jacket is the same artwork just present in gray like the image on the bandcamp stream.

They also had /100 represses of Funerary and Paranoid Delusions/Paradise Illusions on Glow in the Dark vinyl.

Also, the set was killer, however half the place cleared out before they came on which was disappointing.  Martyr A.D. pummeled the crowd right before them and the show was running so late that I think a lot of folks were just exhausted.

Would love to know where and when all of these are going up!

I could get on board with this. Wife's family lives in Pittsburgh, so I'd have a place to stay, she can hang out with them and I can go see some good bands.  hrmmmmm...

    And hang out with me!

YES!  This was great news.  Never been to Pittsburgh, looking forward to checking out some of the local breweries while I'm there.  I attended both Gilead Fests in Oshkosh and then Migration in Olympia, so this is a must!  It sounded like from Adam/Migration's post that 20 Buck Spin had relocated to Pittsburgh.

I saw they were moving but they did not seem to let on where. That would be great news if they did.  Thats one hell of a move to transport all that inventory.   We do have some great breweries here too.

They are doing a cool event in october that is metal bands and breweries coming together. Bands are doing exclusive brews with the breweries. Show is headlines by baroness. Pretty excited about it.

I don't think any of us here buy stuff wholesale unfortunately. I'm not sure we'll be of any help to you on that front.

Yeah i cannot think of anything.

There are labels out there that have a huge distro section that are very fair prices. You may be able to message them and see if you bought a shit ton would they cut you a bit of a deal. Halo of flies, eroding winds, a389, all that is heavy come to mind. Most of them already have super fair prices.

Heads up- if you have any leftover free ticket vouchers from last year's Ticketmaster/Live Nation settlement, they just added more available shows.

They love only doing the giant outdoor shows that i would never attend. Thats the only thing available in my market.
