Spent the better part of my day sifting through that site exploring everything, found some really great stuff. Had to pull the trigger, especially with that 50% off deal. Got 11 tapes, 4 LP's and a couple 7" for $43 PPD, best deal I've gotten in a long time. Some of these are shaping up to be new obsessions, like DJ DJ Tanner and Shearing Pinx. There's even a Ducktails split tape in there. Thanks Kurtz! This will keep me busy for awhile.

Never heard of them, but I'm a sucker for sad dreary noisy stuff. Grabbed one. Left a note for pink since I don't really have pink records, the closest I have is that Heavy Heavy Low Low thing that's half brown half pink, not the most savory color combination.

This has been asked a couple times, but I didn't see an answer in the thread, I may have missed it when I bought the tape. What are the production numbers on these? Cheesy Yellow / ? and Pizza Sauce Red / ? Thought it was /150 and /250 respectively but maybe someone will clarify. Just wondering because I have an 'Out Of' section on my organizing thingy and it will ease my OCD.

Went to the thrift store today with the girlfriend to find her a sweater. Didn't find the sweater, BUT. I found a tape deck for 8 bucks and a really nice cassette storing drawer for 3 bucks. All this time I've been listening to my tapes just in the car, now I can hook it up proper. And this drawer is great, it's this polished wood panel junk that was popular decades ago that reminds me of when I was a kid and everything was wood paneled. It matches my speakers, too. I always hated those black plastic racks, I don't know why, they just seemed cumbersome and ugly, and these are sleek and nice. Also got my Minus The Bear - Highly Refined Pirates repress record today, along with the tape! Also got Tearjerker - Hiding WIth Friends. It's their Hiding EP with a side B of remixes. Came in a really nice handmade drawstring bag with some buttons and stickers. lovingly crafted for sure. No case, instead it's wrapped in paper and rope. Some DIY tape makers put a lot of love and care into them.

This would be so much cooler if it was in person. And we, like... play Smash Bros. over it. Wait. That's just gambling. I don't know.

Got mine yesterday. Sounds great. I like the direction he's going, let's be honest, a lot of Com Truise sounds pretty damn similar and this does too, but it's got that extra something. Spinning this since I got it. The purple is beautiful.

You can still get a relatively cheap copy from their bandcamp. I want to say it's gonna be a 2xLP with like, outtakes and demos and live tracks and crap. I don't think they've been active at all, so unless they're springing a new album out of nowhere, what else could it be? If it's just a colored repress, man, who cares.
