  1. Such an awesome record. I sold mine when I was in a pinch and actually just got another copy of it in the mail today from a boardie. The vinyl is beautiful.
  2. Oh hell yeah. I saw the name of this show on HBO on Demand, but there were no episodes and no info on the series. This should be awesome.
  3. Awesome, brother. Will order from No Idea for sure.
  4. Since those dudes only listen to '80s thrash, I somehow don't think they'd find that too appealing.
  5. In Rolling Stone, B. Fallon is quoted as saying that the track sounds like "Gimme Shelter." Aside from that showing some serious self-aggrandizement, I just don't hear it. And, like CJ said, it really sounds like a '59 Sound outtake.
  6. Just the record. Vinyl is transparent red, btw.
  7. maybe it's cuz I've had a long day and don't get it, but surely you jest. When I interviewed Todd, and in many interviews with Chris, they mentioned that Potemkin City Limits got no advertising push. It wasn't really an economical thing, they just felt like Fat Mike didn't give a shit about them, and that was manifested in his not pushing their records.
  8. ---My friend got picked up on some old warrants. He's looking at 10+ years in prison. Fuck.
  9. Can. Not. Wait. I think Walt finally outing himself to his family might have less averse consequences than the shitstorm fallout from Jesse's gf's crazy dad.
  10. "The band released 4 records on the American label Fat Wreck Chords until 2005 when its relationship with the label began to sour over its CEO’s highly-publicized campaign to ensure that Democratic Party got a turn to totally rape and plunder the planet in the service of corporate power." That's the virulent politico reason, but mostly it was because Fat never put any promotional effort into Propagandhi's releases.
  11. sar·casm (sär'kāz'əm) n. 1. A cutting, often ironic remark intended to wound. 2. A form of wit that is marked by the use of sarcastic language and is intended to make its victim the butt of contempt or ridicule.
  12. I thought it was really good. I think just the fact that they can say "shit" on tv makes shows like this so much better.
