  1. I bought "Ten Stories" and downloaded "Pale Horses" on the same day. Ive also listened to them about 10-12 time each. My opinion is "Ten Stories" is WAY better than "Pale Horses". I also agree the last song on "Pales Horses", Rainbow Signs is incredible. I think "Brother, Sister" is their best work though. Just one mans opinion folks!
  2. Is scanning a barcode only efficient if there are not variants of the release your scanning? Ten different versions of the same title could all share the same barcode, right?
  3. Is there any claim that Oldham hand numbered and titled the sleeves himself or is that just hopeful thinking on my part?
  4. Anyone know the details of the blue copies? Is that part of the 500 press count?
  5. It's great that Melody Supreme has copies but $4.85 too high a shipping cost. You can ship a 7" coast to coast, First Class for under $3.00 and 7" mailers cost about $.25 a each. That gets under my skin. Zero need to profit off shipping.
  6. When I hear an album is being reissued on Plain Records, I just tell my brain the reissue never really happened because there's no way I'll ever buy it.
  7. Bullmoose really is the best. It's no wonder why Insound folded.
  8. Just cracked it open. It sounds superb. This is a very nice, high-quality pressing.

  10. What about putting it in the freezer? Might make the glue brittle.
  11. I agree. I was holding off until I got the vinyl to listen, but I downloaded the Bullmoose card and was not impressed. I had too cleanse my palate with 'Irony Is A Dead Scene'.
  12. I think I saw this website on Discogs Facebook page the other day. I'm sure that generated a ton of new traffic.
  13. Not sure if this was already covered, but the woman at the post office said that there is free tracking with First Class packages now too.
  14. Nope. Me either. Just a tracking number that says a shipping label has been printed.
  15. I've been using it for free though eBay, but the same tracking numbers never work for me if I enter them myself on the USPS website.
  16. I can't imagine these won't be on Amazon. This is really great vinyl news.
  17. If you're not going to play them, I'm not sure what other options you have other than put them away for the next 15-20 years until you have an epiphany to get rid of them.
  18. Hold it up to the light and look at the center label. If you see another spindle hole under the paper label, then is a acetate. Also smell it, if it smells weird, thats another clue its an acetate.
