I just got back here... hope I didn't miss The Sundays. I checked all links posted so far. still have some hope, but getting slimmer and slimmer, hahah!

I'm going back to bed... it's seeming impossible to get The Sundays right now. I'm sure it'll be posted the moment I leave, but if I'm meant to get one, it'll happen later.

I got excited when I saw The Sundays on that site... then it said out of stock :\

I think I was able to get Bill Evans from the plaid room. it went through... took time to check out just to be sure it wasn't on amoeba first. still no Sundays, my top pick :\ I had an hour nap before this, but still very very tired. dunno if I should stay up to see if anymore stores post or not, eep!

I only wanted The Sundays and Bill Evans, not there :\ This time I'll have to stay up all night for the other online stores to put their leftovers up... if I actually sleep, I know I'll sleep in... last year I woke up 5min too late, hah.

You most likely figured something out, but all I did was stick both records in mofi sleeves behind the jacket once I stuck it in an outer sleeve --- As far as sound goes, I only had minor crackle here and there and a bit more crackle on side 4, but nothing intrusive enough... nothing else was wrong. must've gotten lucky.

Thanks for the heads up! Still can't afford it right now (could barely afford the misprint price, hahah), but I showed a close friend the link today and hinted for my bday. they acted like they might get me that... even if not, I can buy it by next month if it sticks around that price

Yeah, another disappointed person here... I didn't know other misprints were honored before though so I kinda expected it to happen, but had to take a chance. maybe for my bday I'll get this. can't afford the real price right now.

Just relistened to it, I remembered it being a lot slower... maybe to me I just was bored by it compared to Sugar for The Pill which is instantly likable IMO. either way, I look forward to the album as a whole and how the songs'll flow together.

I really only want The Sundays, so I hope I get that one... nostalgic connection to it. I might impulsively get some of the jazz releases like the Bill Evans or Dexter Gordon... not sure yet. I did want there to be less tempting options this year, so am happy about that OTOH, yeah the Cocteau Twins releases would've been nice, but I try not to deal with the UK and shipping anymore... we'll see once the online sales show up on if it's still available/reasonable, hahah.

I was bummed I missed out on this... also a 10% code I had worked, too This happened when I ordered the Mono reissue from TRL last month... it sat with no update for a week then I contacted them and as soon as I did, it suddenly was scanned and sitting in Chicago (I live in Texas). took another week to show up and it had a seam split in the jacket :\ this never used to happen with this label though so it must be random. their response was just that due to amount of volume this happens sometimes [paraphrasing 'cause I deleted the email response after reading it]. hah

I'm really hoping there's nothing of interest this year myself 'cause last year I spent a fortune, there was too much I think I'd rather just buy albums outside of RSD I want instead this year... we'll see what happens!

I saw it's available to preorder on amazon. I had a promo code to spend $50 on amazon and save $8.63... the code is BIGTHANKS. I just preordered it with something else. I would've liked a red copy, but will be happy to have it at all, I like the new song

I gasped at the shipping cost, too but expected that with Canada. I got them both, too though now I probably shouldn't buy anymore records for months *snort* (and yeah I usually lurk this board, but seeing this was going up, I got excited :D)

I like the two tracks so far, but wow... that's way too pricey to consider right now... still didn't buy the internet one though I considered it many times I'm kinda confused on if the vinyl preorder is only till the 2nd or just the poster... if given more time, I could see what xmas money I get, but I'm thinking I won't get that lucky, hah

I bought Afghan Whigs, the only thing I wanted ...but I noticed after buying that it says 2xLP... from what I read, it's 3? hopefully just a typo since I can't find any info on another anniversary edition on discogs

I had it forwarded to me by bullmoose after I clicked on 'need help?' saying I didn't receive confirmation and wanted to make sure it really went through. no packaging or shipping yet though so I'm still holding my breath in anticipation
