  1. Funny thing is that he sells only the record. The sleeve isn't even included. I don't even see where he signs the record... 1st picture maybe, but it's barely visible.
  2. City and Colour - The Hurry and the Harm (180 gram Black 2xLP)
  3. Does that even play normally anymore with the signature on the grooves? http://www.ebay.com/itm/DALLAS-GREEN-signed-CITY-AND-COLOUR-LITTLE-HELL-ORANGE-VINYL-RECORD-LP-PROOF-/360694184157?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item53fb0c78dd
  4. Finally saw City and Colour live. It was amazing, I was just a bit disappointed by the setlist. He didn't play "Of Space and Time", "Day Old Hate", "Sometimes", "Weightless", "What Makes a Man?" or "Save Your Scissors" and those are my favorite songs by him. Especially bummed about "Sometimes" and "Day Old Hate", since he used to love to play these songs live, but I guess those times are over now. Anyway, like I said it was still amazing, he also played for almost 2 hours. Hannah Georgas was the opening act and she did pretty well too. I actually wasn't that impressed after listening to some of her songs on youtube, but she sounds great live. Definetely going to give her music another try now.
  5. Not perfect, but it sounds good to me, pretty much no surface noise too, which I expected since it's a picture disc. My setup is not amazing though. Also, just found a website where some guy reviews the sound of vinyl and he gave this a 3/5. He said it sounds compressed, like the CD version and I can agree with that. But if that's good enough for you, you could definetely give this a shot.
  6. Anthony Green just announced he is going to cancel his european tour with The Dear Hunter due to a family illness. I can defintely understand this, but I was really excited to finally see them live. They try to reschedule the shows already though, so everything's fine.
  7. Not sure if I'm completely right with all the genres, but here are some of my recommendations. This Will Destroy You (Post-Rock) 65daysofstatic (Post-Rock, Math-Rock) Tides of Man (Similar to Circa and Harvard) The Sound of Animals Fighting (Experimental, also involves Anthony Green) Mogwai (Post-Rock) Burial (Ambient) Caspian (Post-Rock) Buckethead (Experimental)
  8. Would've preferred Tschitscheringrün instead of Hochglanzrot, but anyway.
  9. This was recently released in germany and tastes amazing. I seriously envy you americans for quite some stuff though.
  10. This is nice. Wanted to check out The Appleseed Cast for a while now.
  11. Nirvana - Incesticide 20th Anniversary 45 RPM Edition (Two Amazon UK sellers are selling this for less than £3, sounds too cheap for a new LP. I wouldn't be surprised if this shows up as a CD, but well, still gave it a shot.) You Blew It! - Grow Up, Dude (£5,20, also pretty cheap I think!) Eisley - Combinations Promo CD (Got this on eBay for 4,68$) Eisley - The Valley Promo Single CD (Found this on GEMM for 4$. Recently saw it on eBay, but for ca. 20$. Glad I took a look at GEMM)
  12. Probably the easiest letter for me. Circa Survive - Violent Waves
  13. Finally framed these and no, the Enter Shikari one itself isn't damaged on the sides, it's the inner frame (is that what you call it?) that somehow got destroyed on the sides. It was an old frame anyway, going to get a new one soon.
  14. Lily Allen - It's Not Me, It's You Got this for just 1€ thanks to the 15€ ebay discount I got from PayPal. Was a bit skeptical about the sound at first, because I've read quite some bad stuff about pic discs, but I'm spinning it now and I gotta say it sounds pretty fine to me.
  15. Just got the platinum trophy in LEGO: Batman 2. Was easy and fun. Going to play the Jak and Daxter trilogy next and then Borderlands 2 again, but on PS3 this time. Already spent a lot of time in the PC version, but since it was free for PS Plus members I just had to download it again. It's one of my favorite games.
  16. Enter Shikari - Bootleg Series Vol. 4 (Signed and painted by their drummer Rob Rolfe /125)
