What does the lady friend think of the $200 worth of Blink 182 re-issues?

So I stopped by my local Hot Topic tonight, they had copies of both TOYPAJ and the Self Titled. One of the copies of TOYPAJ didn't have shrink wrap on it, and had a sticker saying 'As-Is, It Skips'. I asked the employee about it, and they said someone had bought it this morning and returned it this afternoon saying it skips. They sold it to me for 50% off. Since I have a half decent turntable, I listened to it all the way and it doesn't skip once. Long story short, I got Take Off Your Pants and Jacket for $11.50. 

why on earth would white vinyl have the most surface noise? like what
