  1. I don't, but I'm intrigued by the new "entry-level" turntable they're coming out with soon: http://www.cnet.com/news/a-brilliant-new-turntable-from-a-100-plus-year-old-company/
  2. UK friends - I'm trying to track down a copy of the Hinds/Parrots split 7" on green wax. Bummed that this wasn't a US release, so I'm hoping some kind-hearted soul would be willing to help me out.
  3. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Stooges-Have-Some-Fun-Live-at-Unganos-12-Vinyl-LP-RSD-2015-WILL-SHIP-WORLDWID-/301599522689?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4638bb7f81 I'm all over this....
  4. As much as I like this band, and as much as I'm jazzed for these limited releases, I can't drop 15 bucks shipping - maybe Castle Face will be putting out Quarters in the near future.
  5. What's shipping like from Australia? There's a couple things I'm interested in (like the new album), but I don't want to spend a fortune.
  6. Wouldn't he need a receiver to work with those? They seem very nice, but I think that 's why he's interested in the Audioengines in the first place.
  7. That eBay listing is already up to $100....geez
  8. Under "My Orders", it says that is should ship today - still haven't received an e-mail, though. Saw the movie last night - pretty awesome!
  9. Desperate for the Ian Dury "New Boots and Panties!!" reissue, but with only 150 copies being pressed, I know my odds are slim - would much appreciate some help. Not sure if this is a UK exclusive or not, but I'll be looking...
  10. Not a fan of POW! (too synthy), but I snagged Male Gaze. This track reminds me a little of Thee Oh Sees live, and there's nothing wrong with that....at all. https://soundcloud.com/mt-st-mtn/male-gaze-cliffs-of-madness
  11. I'll be at Wuxtry, too - been living in Athens for nearly 9 years, fantastic store. One of the clerks at Wuxtry has an awesome garage band called "Nate and the Nightmares". Check'em out. Not sure what I want, if anything from the RSD list, but don't be afraid to holler if you want anything - last year Wuxtry seemed to have nearly everything...Probably head down there early just so I can dork out in line with like-minded record nerds and help them snag stuff when the doors open at 10.
  12. self-indulgent, psychedelic wankery! (they've been hanging with Wayne Coyne for too long)
  13. After watching the "20,000 Days" doc recently, I've been meaning to check out this album - good timing!
  14. The Who "Live at Leeds" IS the greatest live album ever, no question, but the vinyl that's floating around out there really doesn't do it justice. They remastered and released the FULL concert on CD about 15 years ago, including both sets. I'll be able to die happy when they release the ENTIRE show on vinyl! http://www.discogs.com/Who-Live-At-Leeds/release/2636429
  15. Yeah, I'm waiting on this and the Lightning Bolt LP (pink, blue, white) from Bull Moose. (silence)
